The space Rose All Day is a 3rd-floor 2-bedroom loft built for groups. Ball Arena and Empower Field are both a 20-minute walk — you can leave the car in the garage and walk to the game, walk to dinner, walk home. Cats are not permitted. • One garage parking space is available for $25 per night, while EV parking is $45. The parking fee will be collected separately from your reservation. Any additional vehicles may park on the street, where permitted. • Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag drop-off (if early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 PM MST but is subject to approval. • Check-out time is firm to allow our housekeeping team adequate time to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Requests made on the day of departure are not guaranteed and may incur a fee. • Please note that mailbox access is not available. We are unable to retrieve mail or packages delivered to the mailbox or mail room and cannot take responsibility for lost shipments. • An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
