The stone house, built in the second half of the 18th century, has recently been restored respecting its original architecture. The traditional design and its location at an altitude of 376 meters allows you to enjoy relaxation even on cool summer nights. In cold periods, both the wood-burning fireplace and the LPG gas heating are available at an additional cost of €20.00 per 100 kg of wood and €4.00 for each cubic meter of LPG gas consumed; the air conditioning has an additional cost of €50.00 per week: payment will be made at the end of the stay through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Guest access The rooms, in the large 100-square-meter house, are spread over three levels: on the lower floor there is the living room with fireplace, from which you can enjoy the idyllic view around the house; the dining room, with adjoining fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, equipped with shower or bathtub, complete the lowest level. Upstairs, which can also be reached from the garden, there is a large double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea, hill and mountain. Through a wrought iron spiral staircase you reach the attic of the house, where there is another bedroom with three single beds and a comfortable sofa area with TV sockets. "Il Canale 1861" offers its guests superior comfort, so nothing is missing: TV-Satellite outlets in every room, Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, a barbecue and an outdoor gazebo. The nearest village can be reached in about fifteen minutes on foot and the beach and mountains in just ten minutes by car. Parking is available directly at the house and your dog will be welcome by reservation.
