Sitting just 150-ft. from the Topsail Arch beach access, you’ll enjoy ocean views and a short walk to the beach. As you pull up to this beautiful home, you’ll find plenty of parking space and room for one car beneath the house. A dry entry takes you into a ground-level landing with a laundry closet and steps to the mid-level. Outside, a park-style charcoal grill is available for cooking up your catch of the day and an enclosed outdoor shower helps to rinse off the sand from your toes. The main entry is on the mid-level along with a den and three of the home’s four bedrooms. In the den, a Queen Sleeper Sofa is available for extra sleeping space and doubles as a great place to relax around the entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR. The kids will love the bedroom with 2 Twin Beds or the bedroom with a DuoBunk Bed while the adults will get a great night’s rest in a comfortable Queen Bedroom that enjoys Deck Access. Two full-sized hall Bathrooms are accessible on this level along with a large covered deck—the perfect place to sit and relax while you enjoy your favorite novel. Upstairs, a large great room is comprised of a cozy Living Area w/ TV/DVD, a large Dining table with seating for 8, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, bar seating for 2, and everything you need to whip up a gourmet seafood masterpiece.
