Haus Röcken, the apartment on the Arlberg

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and modernly furnished. Quiet and sunny hillside location. 2 balconies, garage with direct access to the house, laundry room, satellite TV and many loving details. The location is perfect in summer and winter. In summer you can start by bike or on foot directly from the house. In winter, you can reach the Sonnenkopf in 5 minutes by car and in 10 minutes in the Arlberg ski arena, the largest ski area in Austria with the famous towns of Lech, St. Anton and St. Christoph. The space Our house has 4 cozy and modern bedrooms. Two have double beds and two have bunk beds, which are also suitable for adults. Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the upper balcony. The living and dining area is the heart of the apartment and has a cozy sofa area with coffee table, satellite TV, an extendable dining table and direct access to the lower balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a touchscreen stove with extractor hood, an oven and a steamer. The spacious upstairs bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, two sinks and a toilet. There is also a guest toilet with sink on the ground floor. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and sink as well as a room with a ski boot dryer. A sound system is installed throughout the house. Guest access There is a key safe next to the front door. The key is stored there. The code is available in advance by email or SMS. Don't worry, I'll send you a link to register online in time. For each person aged 14 and over, there is a tourist tax of €2.80 per night. You have to pay the visitor's tax separately, but I will also send you a payment notice in good time.
