The owners live in the rear part of the house. Wine sales on site. The house is located on the St Francis' Way, which connects the mountain monastery of La Verna (50 km) with Assisi (90 km). Excursions - on foot or by bike - can be organised on request. In Città di Castello (7 km) there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a colourful weekly market; in summer there are numerous concerts in the squares; also worth seeing are the picturesque hill towns of Monterchi and Citerna (each about 10 km), Anghiari and Sansepolcro (15 km), Arezzo 40 km, Perugia 60 km.
