The downstairs shaded seating area always gets a good breeze blowing in from the ocean and features a table, wicker chairs and a swing so you can settle in with your favorite book. Two Bicycles are provided making it easy to explore the local area and make a quick run for ice cream! After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a convenient dressing area. For an impromptu summer cookout, throw a couple steaks on the grill along with your catch-of-the-day for a delicious surf and turf feast. Inside, a second living area features a TV for catching up on your favorite show and a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. Enter through the screened porch with cozy seating perfect sitting outside even when the sun gets too hot or the weather is on the rainy side.
