BRING YOUR BOAT, and dock it right outside your back door, or drop a line off our dock. The space When in the Keys it's all about being outdoors, and our outdoor spaces are amazing! In the back yard is an 8x13 swim spa for lounging or swimming in place, a large tiki hut with comfy furniture to sit and relax or entertain. Nearby is a gas grill and large table for cooking. Out on the deck is a dining table and picnic table where you can dine as you watch the sun set and rise over the water. To the side of the house is a large extra lot for yard games or to park your boat trailer. You will also discover several small seating "niches" around the outside where you can sun-bathe, or just to sneak away for quiet time and a good book. Located on two deep water canals, we are the perfect destination for boaters. There are two paid boat ramps right on our canal, a fish cleaning station and a deep freezer in the garage to store ice and your catch. Inside we have ample seating, comfortable beds, games, books, Wifi, and high def TV/cable in family room and two bedrooms. Our newly remodeled kitchen includes dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, food processor, electric skillet, griddle and plenty of dishes and cookware. (guests love to cook outside with the electric appliances) VACA-25-31 Guest access Guest has access to entire property: Garage has Washer/Dryer, corn hole, Frisbee, hula-hoops, coolers, misc. "toys" and a bait freezer. 2 person kayak is against back of house. Free boat dockage included. Other things to note Lock box on front door for anytime access. Visitor book includes information on attractions, restaurants, transportation and emergency information.
