Our Riverfront Community is located in Cocoa Beach approx 3 mins walk to the beach! This unit is approximately 50 steps to the river. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the Banana River from our large community dock. This 2 bed 1 bath is completely updated, coastal decor throughout makes this the perfect place to call home while you’re on vacation. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. Restaurants Taco City, Squid Lips, Fat Snook located within mins by car. Perfect place to vacation! The space The cottage is approximately 700 sq. ft. It has all NEW: windows, metal-roof, 6-inch baseboard, trim, blinds, fans, light fixtures, light switches, outlets, electric-panel, fresh interior paint, textured walls and ceiling. Kitchen has NEW white shaker style wood cabinets, lovely grey granite counter-tops, white subway tile backslash, and all new appliances. ALL NEW furniture too! All three beds have memory foam mattresses. Air mattress located in closet for 5th sleeping arrangement. Three brand new flat screens TV's with internet based streaming tv. All cook wear, dishes, cups, tuber-wear, utensils are brand new. New Keurig, Ninja blender and so much more. Come and watch the dolphins play from the large community dock. Walk to the beach and Taco city for lunch! 2.5 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. 5 mins from Pineda Causeway. Coin washer and dryer are located on premises, owned by community, it is NOT part of the unit. Guest access The entire unit. Other things to note Only one vehicle per unit. No pets. No smoking of any kind inside our units. Quiet time after 9pm. No parties or events of any kind.
