Rincón del Lobo is a beautiful cabin for rent in Ciénega de González, municipality of Santiago, with an area of 10 hectares, perfect for families and nature lovers. Beautiful mountain view and away from the road. The space You don't have another cabin as a neighbor, you're on a 10-hectare property. In front of the mountain and behind the pine-filled mountains in the middle of nature. Equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, hot water, and a wonderful terrace for grilled meats and family gatherings. We have another house at the top. We try not to occupy it when there are guests, although it could be the case that we have to do it for some very particular situation. A trampoline was installed in the garden of the house above. It is not for guests' use, and we are not responsible for any accident that may occur. Please DO NOT USE IT. Guest access Basically, access to the entire property and the cabin's facilities. Precise instructions on how to get to the property will be sent by email. Other things to note To access the property there is a ramp that goes up the hill, very short but not in optimal condition. Sports cars or very low ones are not recommended to go up. Internet signal. In September 2020 we installed the Internet, and we are promoting weekday rentals for the "home office". However, the signal is not as stable as in the city. The mountain poses additional communication challenges, and while the signal is generally stable, we are not responsible for signal failure and what it may entail for the guest. In the rainy season, when it is very cloudy, the signal can be interrupted for a few hours, to mention an example. We have towels and it is good that you bring your own since the COVID issue is latent, you will find soap and shampoo. The beds have sheets, blankets and pillows. From the ninth person onwards, there will be an extra charge according to the system. And the total capacity will be arranged with the guest based on the number of adults and children. Guests: You can have guests as long as they don't stay overnight. If they do, management must be notified as new rates may apply. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, crockery for up to 10 people. Microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Grill: The cabin has a wood-burning grill located in the back of the cabin, it has a table and six chairs. Additional chairs are located inside the cabin and an additional folding table. Guests can bring their own charcoal if they wish, or buy firewood in Ciénega de Gzz. Fireplace: The guest must buy firewood in Ciénega de González. Smoke-Free Complex: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, and is restricted to smoking in the terrace areas. Be sure to put out the cigarette completely before throwing it away. Fire danger is latent in that area of the mountain range and more in dry conditions. Under no circumstances light campfires. Scope of Services in the Cabin: All guests must bring their own food, in the village you can find shops that handle the basics. Ice, soft drinks, dairy products, snacks, beers, and more. Rational Use of Facilities: Rational use of facilities involves cooperating in the maintenance and cleaning of the cabin and surrounding spaces, with special attention to forestation. Remember that children are often not responsible for their actions, and that adults must guide their actions. In mountain areas, the difficulties in maintaining a harmonious landscape are doubled. Don't destroy what it took so much effort to build. Keep your environment well maintained and in top condition. For stays longer than 5 days, we'll look at the cleaning support we can provide on an individual basis. Trash: The cabin has suitable plastic bags for storing trash. The guest must store the trash responsibly in these bags. Please avoid bringing glass, and if you do, take it with you when you leave. Safety: The town of Ciénega de González is a quiet and safe area. However, it is suggested to take care of your personal belongings, not leaving valuables unattended in case of leaving the premises. It is recommended to store them inside the cabin and lock it. Noise Control: Being a large area, there are neighbors in the area, music should be played at a moderate level. In no event will Rancho Rincón del Lobo be liable for any loss, theft, or robbery of personal items or luggage that occurred anywhere in the complex during your stay. We recommend leaving the cabin closed if you are absent from it. Guest Responsibility: The guest must be responsible for the misuse of the items that are part of the cabin equipment or belonging to the property by replacing them or paying their value in case of loss or breakage. Water: There is enough water for the needs of the guests, however it is a scarce resource, use it with moderation and responsibility. We try to have drinking water in jugs, and since we have to transport it from Monterrey, we do not guarantee that there can always be water. We recommend taking enough drinking water for your needs. Assistance: The ranch has an employee who can be contacted by messenger to meet the urgent needs of the property, this employee will be able to assist guests with any questions you may have regarding the regulations and operation of the equipment Family Use: The cabin is intended for family use, therefore no reservations will be made for young people who are not accompanied by an adult. Modification: Rancho Rincón del Lobo may modify any of the activities and conditions present, when it deems it necessary for the best development of the ranch's activities or due to force majeure that requires it. Pets: In the event that the system accepts pets or by prior agreement, the guest is responsible for the good behavior of the pets. Dispose of waste in closed plastic bags and it is strictly forbidden for them to climb on the furniture. Take care of your pets and don't lose sight of them.
