San Felipe, View of the Sea of Cortes

San Felipe is a beautiful, peaceful fishing community in Baja California, Mexico. San Felipe is an approximately 2.5 hour drive from Calexico, California. We are grateful to share this property with our guest and hope you treat it as your home away from home. The space This property is located in a community called La Hacienda which is in San Felipe. It is approximately 10-15 minutes from the town center but you can see the beautiful lights of the town center from my property on the third-floor terrace. La Hacienda is a peaceful gated community approximately about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property has four bedrooms two full showers and a half bath that is off the side of the kitchen. All spaces are air-conditioned. Please note that this is our home away from home in Mexico. We have tried to make it as comfortable and cozy for our guests as possible. If you have any questions, please just ask us about anything. We hire a local resident to clean our home, so please give us feedback with any concerns. We have one security camera that monitors the entranceway, that is all. There is another camera in the kitchen area. There are no other cameras installed in our home. We installed it for our guests safety as well as to manage the increasing amount of fraud occurring on AirBNB. Sometimes people that book, aren't who they say they are. Guest access All spaces in the home can be accessed except the garage which is private storage. Other things to note Since the streets of San Felipe, Mexico are not well documented on Google Maps I have shared the following coordinates. When you copy and paste these coordinates into google maps, directions are displayed. PLEASE CUT AND PAST EITHER THE BELOW LISTED COORDINATES IN GOOGLE MAPS OR THE LINK PROVIDED BELOW. So when you arrive, I will make sure you get a key. It needs to be returned after the stay.
