Men only / Optional clothing. No cleaning fees. Our house is a duplex located in Oakland Park, Florida. We live in one of the apartments year-round. You will share the pool and garden with us and other guests. We are very close to Wilton Manors and just minutes from the ocean, Fort Lauderdale and its airport. Oakland Park is a very active, attractive and growing city. Free parking. The pool is saltwater and heated. The space Important: The house is located on a large plot, BBQ, Gazebo, heated saltwater pool (clothing optional) with large terrace to relax... You will share the pool with us and any other guests/friends. There is no lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk! Free parking on our property. Laundry room (washing machine/dryer) Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle... Also available: iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets, shower, shampoo, soap. And to go to the beach: towels, masks and snorkel, beach chairs, cooler... Let us know if you're checking in or out at different times. Guest access . Other things to note We have a surveillance camera system, only outside the house. The pool is "clothing optional" No noise after 9:00 p.m. Sorry, but inflatable mattresses and other accessories are not permitted unless approved by the Coast Guard. Warning, the terrace and accesses can be slippery when wet!
