Parking is safe and guests are only to park in the garage. Visitors with other vehicles are asked to park on off street parking in front of the condo. The parking lot is assigned to other condo's for occupants only. There are three separate floors in the unit. Private patio, garage, and all of this unit is for the guests use. Owner is availabe 24 hrs a day by phone via calls or text or on Skype. Close to library and park. Very quiet neighborhood. On a local bus route just 1/2 block from unit.
