The space The Chill Cave (Basement) Each floor of our home has it's own very special charm. The basement which we like to refer as the "Chill Cave'' is equipped with very comfy furniture to relax in while you're chilling out watching TV on our beautiful 60'' screen. Our Click Clack couch opens up into a very nice bed. Coffee Bar Who needs to go to the theater when it feels like you're already there? While watching you're favorite show or movie enjoy a coffee or tea from our well stocked coffee bar. You can even make popcorn! The chill cave is the perfect place for guys to be guys and watch their sports or for the ladies to have wine and watch their chick flicks! Whatever the scenario, it's the ultimate place to kick back and relax. Central Station ( The Main Floor) The main floor which we like to call "Central Station" is where it all happens. "Central Station" includes a convenient entrance and locking system, a spacious open kitchen,dining area and a sitting room. Main Entrance Our entrance door is equipped with a state of the art locking system so you will be provided with a code not a key to get into our home. You'll never have to worry about loosing your key! Powder Room We have a cute powder room decorated specifically for beach lovers in mind. Our charming little powder room has a fun beach theme. You'll feel like you were in the Caribbean. The Kitchen: You 'll be minutes away from the best market in the area, pick up some fresh meat and vegetables and treat yourself to an amazing dinner. Our spacious open style kitchen is large enough for a Chef & Sous Chef to stay out of each others way. This kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, without a doubt you'll make amazing meals for your getaway stay. Our kitchen will be stocked with the basic essentials for your cooking convenience. Dining Area: Enjoy your meal and drink in our cozy dining area and relax with friends or family by the electric fireplace built into the wall. Sitting Area: The sitting area has comfortable leather couches and a wall mounted 42' LCD TV for a more intimate TV viewing experience. Watch a quiet movie or peacefully satisfy your latest "Netflix" binge obsession while the rest of the gang are in the "Chill Cave" below. Heaven's Loft ( The Top Floor) 3 beautifully renovated and decorated bedrooms with a newly upgraded bathroom fully set up for your ultimate comfort. Bathroom A renovated bathroom with a fantastic overhead "Rain Shower" faucet (Caution you may never want to leave the shower) and a hand held wand making it effortless for those with long hair to shower with ease. Maybe you'd like to take a bath in very good sized tub and just soak your long day away. Bubble bath will be provided! The Master Bedroom: African Safari Theme. Gorgeous French doors leading to a large master bedroom with a spacious walk in closet. You're heading into an African Oasis. Decorated with an African theme you'll definitely be the King and Queen of this Jungle. A computer nook to surf the net or do work. A comfortable and cozy NEW King size bed with safari bedding. If you're the type of person who needs a TV to fall asleep to, no problem! Turn on both the wall mounted fireplace and 55' Plasma TV and end your day on a heavenly note! After all you deserve nothing less! Bedroom #2 A Chic Room The 2 words that we have heard this room described as are " Chic & Relaxing". Another comfortable Queen size bed awaits you at the end of the day for those who stay in this wonderful room. The colors chosen for this room are both relaxing and soothing. This room has a good sized closet and plenty of room for a couple to enjoy their rest & privacy after a great day touring Montreal. Decorated in a Vintage Chic theme you'll feel like you have been transported to an earlier time! A wall mounted TV! Bedroom #3 The Zen Den Furnished with a sofa bed, a modern work station, and simple but nice decor, you can easily make this room your office by day and your bedroom by night.The sofa bed pulls out into a double bed with extra thick bedding. A great place to stay in or work in! One of our favorite places in the house to sit, read, do work or just collect our thoughts quietly. We call it the Zen Den because we know it will help you achieve your Zen. :) This room has been described as classy and cozy! The Great Outdoors! OK, so it is not the wilderness but you can enjoy yourself on a brand new Uni -Stone patio with amazing patio furniture. Have endless great times outside! Swimming Pool Our complex has a beautiful Swimming Pool and Relax Area. This pool officially opens June 23rd. Air Conditioning After heating up on the patio cool down in the house with our new Ductless AC unit. No hot sticky sleepless nights here. We can't wait to welcome you to "Le Davignon"!! Other things to note Guest will be provided with 2 parking spots while they are enjoying their stay.
