Nice and modern loft

This Loft is 5 mins away from the unidad modelo metro station, You can arrive to the downtown in 20 mins. My Property is a quiet place, not much neighbors around it. Almost next to the Loft we have a seven eleven store. Also there is a grocery warehouse 3 blocks away to the Loft. You can find places to eat traditional meals and small restaurants as well. My place is good for couples, adventurous people and business travelers. The space There is a 32" 4K smart TV with netflix access included independent access to the loft If you stay more than one week the housekeeper change your blankets, towels and clean the loft for free. toaster cookware (all you need to cook) the washer machine and dryer machine (In case you stay more than 1 week) with NO cost, if you stay less than one week, this service has additional cost. there is a shared terrace outside of the loft with a nice view. Guest access I can grant you access either by myself or I can leave the keys on a lock box installed outside of the loft. Other things to note It is located on first floor. on that floor is located just this loft and the terrace. Quiet place.
