We apply to all local provincial and municipal laws and are zoned appropriately for short term rentals. Our privately owned property of 8 suites is tastefully renovated with high-end finishes. Staying with us offers a truly magical experience where you will enjoy a serene beachfront, and breathtaking sunsets/sunrises. Our suites offer a romantic getaway, or a place to unwind with family and friends. Spend your days exploring the sandy beach, relaxing in nature and enjoying all of our amenities. We are a 3 minute drive away from our quaint Qualicum Beach Village where you will find boutique shops, a farmers market, grocery store, outdoor café’s, and galleries. We are a 10 min drive away from iconic Coombs where you can visit the goats on the roof and browse around the Old Town Market. Explore Englishman River Falls, Little Qualicum Falls, Rathtrevor Beach, Milner Gardens, and Cathedral Grove located a short distance away. Qualicum Beach offers something for everyone including fishing tours (offered by Amphibious Coastline Boat Tours), mountain biking, and playing a round of golf on one of Canada’s most scenic golf courses. Your outdoor living space has Ratana brand outdoor table and chairs, and there are Ratana loungers, side tables, and umbrellas in common areas of the property. One of the most unique features of this property is the beautiful rock-front outdoor bar area, centrally located in the courtyard for guests to enjoy. Use the extra large Weber Grill for all your BBQ'ing. Each suite has complimentary use of the on-site laundry room with two deluxe full-size washers and dryers. HE laundry soap is provided, as are ironing amenities. All suites have kitchens with a full range of cookware, utensils and dishes, and cleaning products. You will also find basic kitchen staples such as salt & pepper, spices, plastic wrap and tin foil. Just a quick trip to the grocery store to fill your fridge is all you’ll need. All our guests receive complimentary London-based Molton Brown brand bathroom products upon check-in. All linens, including beach towels are provided. Guest access Guests have access to free parking on the premises, a common courtyard area on the beach level as well as the laundry room that has a washroom and a landline phone. There is a BBQ and bar area for guests to grill and entertain. Every area of Qualicum Beach Inn has complimentary Wi-Fi and the gravel and sand beach is right there for swimming, walking and beachcombing. Other things to note For the comfort of all the guests, no smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises. Local bylaws enforce peace and quiet in the neighbourhood between 10:00pm - 8:00am.
