Bedroom no. 3

My stay is shared with 2 other guests. They are private rooms for one person. They have a TV, refrigerator and furniture for clothes. The bathroom and common areas are shared, for that reason the cleaning is done daily. Inside the private area there is an OXXO 5 minutes walk away. Around the corner there is a park with a basketball court. It is very quiet and safe. 5 minutes to the cinema and a shopping plaza... 10 minutes to the USA border gate and between 15-20 minutes to the Airport... The space A quiet place to rest or work, free street parking, it's a private subdivision with 24/7 surveillance, the cars are very safe!! Guest access At the access booth to the complex, they will ask you for identification, address and a code to enter, which I will provide on the same day of your arrival because they change it daily at midnight for security reasons. On weekends and peak hours there is usually a line, you just have to have a little patience, thank you in advance for your understanding!!😊 During your stay I live upstairs, the room is independent, but I go downstairs to do the daily cleaning in the common areas and receive the guests, deliver the keys and give the necessary directions. Other things to note The room you're booking is on the ground floor.
