Sea Mar Condo is on Marco Island's Crescent Beach and is an easy walk to Tigertail Beach. You’ll love our condo because of its location - the 19th (top) floor of South Seas Northwest Tower 4, with penthouse views of Crescent Beach and the gulf waters. Our condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. We have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Our balcony is large with comfortable seating and great views. The space Enjoy our newly furnished Sea Mar Condo, a 19th top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in beautiful South Seas (a 55 acre secure gated community). It offers magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf waters from the over sized balcony and an equally great view of Marco Island from the entrance area of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper is in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath is a full bath with a granite vanity top and a tiled shower. The guest bath is also a full bath with a granite vanity top, a tiled shower and a tub. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people and there is a maximum occupancy of 7 people per unit per South Seas regulations. NOTE: 7 night minimum stay required by South Seas Condo Association. Sea Mar Condo has all tiled floors (no carpet). We provide free wireless internet to our guests. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and blender. The dining area seats 6 people. There are 3 flat screen televisions (bedrooms and living room), and all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach pull-cart, and beach toys are provided. The balcony has new furniture including dining chairs and table, comfortable chairs and a lounger for a good book or a nap. The South Seas property has a heated pool, a fitness facility, covered parking, clay tennis courts, bocce ball and pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling. There are places nearby that rent jet skis, boats, bicycles, or offer parasailing, eco tours or fishing charters.. Several golf courses are located nearby. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. The Everglades are a short drive as well offering air boat and swamp buggy tours. Sea Mar Condo is managed by a property manager who provides around the clock service to answer any questions or maintenance concerns should they arise. Guest access Our guests have access to a covered parking garage (South Seas charges a $100 registration fee due at check-in, which includes parking during your stay. NO MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY), a heated pool, laundry facilities, tennis, bocce ball and pickle ball courts during their stay. Boat slips are also available for an additional fee. Other things to note Guests to Sea Mar Condo must abide by all South Seas Condo Association rules while on the property. Guests must also abide by the rental contract signed between the guest and our property manager.
