Bermuda Blue is a modern, retreat in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, a small walkable beach town known for its restaurants, shopping, wide beach, diving & snorkeling. We are 1 block from the beach & fishing pier, and half a block from the town center, restaurants, Ice cream, bars w. live music and shops. We have four modern rental 1/1 apartments, all similar in size, design and layout. Location: 1 block S.of Comm. blvd. on E. side of Ocean Dr. (across from Walgreen) The space Bermuda Blue is an oasis in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Dreamed up by a brother and sister construction/design team, Bermuda Blue is thoroughly modern with a clean aesthetic. Construction was just completed in 2019 built to the highest construction standards. All windows are impact resistant and noise reducing with blackout shades. The bedroom consists of 1 KING bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 44" wide & 67 " long, they are on the firm side. during the day they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos, at night they convert to 44" wide X 67" long futon sleepers for few night sleep , may meant for young kids & not for adults. There are four rental 1/1 apartments available. We have one handicap accessible unit PLEASE SPECIFY IN YOUR REQUEST IF YOU REQUIRE THIS TYPE OF UNIT. All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a set of beach towels, beach chairs& umbrella, also a convenient beach bag for use during your stay. There is a BBQ grill and seating area in the courtyard for guests to enjoy, also 2 hammocks to relax on. Coin operated laundry facilities located on premises. ON SITE 1 FREE PARKING SPACE INCLUDED. Additional parking space for $10.00 per 24 hrs. can be arranged based on availability. We know you will love the space. Guest access We just INCREASED Internet to 800 mb speed !!! Lauderdale conduct a free chlorine in its drinking water system. free chlorination is a common preventative maintenance procedure for water system using chloramines for disinfection, some people may notice a slight change in the smell or a yellowish tint to the water, however, water drinking is absolutely SAFE.
