Clean and quiet beautiful modern house in Ensenada

No parties or events allowed. Our beautiful modern house has two floors and three bedrooms, with living room, perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room for 8 people, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, and private patio. The house is very well lit and the area is very quiet, in an excellent location, just 5 minutes away from the center and half an hour from the Valle de Guadalupe vineyards. It has a private parking space, WiFi Internet, 2 TVs, and alarm. Excellent for families! The space The house has air conditioning and heating (mini-split) only inside the 3 Guest rooms. The rest of the house is not air-conditioned. Other things to note You have to use the stairs. There's no barbecue. Open parking inside the property. (space for 2 cars in a row). Smoking is forbidden Parties and events are forbidden No excessive noise after 10pm No additional guests are allowed Pets are prohibited
