Beautiful 3BR with Pools + Tennis with WiFi #353

This resort requires guests to have passes to access pools Passes are only issued directly to guests Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is 8AM - 6PM If you arrive after 6PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes. If you arrive after 6PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests ( 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years).  Occupancy limits are strictly enforced by the resort. The space -This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.   - 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area  - Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant Note: 8 Adults allowed, Resort will only issue 6 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!!! You will be delighted to stay in Condo Gilbert, a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath split level condo in La Ventana Del Mar, San Felipe. La Ventana Del Mar is the largest premiere development in San Felipe and comes with 24-hour security. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked chef’s kitchen; this opens up to a huge patio overlooking Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course. The BBQ on the patio makes entertaining fun. Also upstairs you will find a big master bedroom with walk-in closet, and bathroom made for luxury living. There is a living room upstairs with flat screen TV and fireplace. Two more bedrooms are on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has bunk queen beds. This condo easily sleeps 6. Both bedrooms downstairs open up to a shared covered patio where you can seat back and relax. a second living room is located on the lower level Maximum Occupancy:  6 Adults and 2 children under 12 years old.  This is strictly enforced by the resort. Take advantage of all La Ventana Del Mar has to offer; 18 hole golf course, Tennis courts, restaurants, Horseshoes, Pickle ball, Walking / jogging / ATV and private beach. You will also have access to the La palapa club, which has a pool and hot tub. The private beach is very well maintained and is great for bonfires at night. The sunset views are incredible. You may see families taking pictures during sunset or couples taking a romantic stroll along the beach. Please read carefully and ask if not clear: - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass - Maximum occupancy 8 guests. - This rental comes with 6 pool passes only! - If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool. Monthly Rentals - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.  Note:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes. El Dorado Ranch resort has a resort fee - this fee is included in the cleaning fee.
