Inside this charming one-and-a-half level home, you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable $125 pet fee per dog. Occupancy includes both overnight guests and visitors. • Parking Please park only in the designated driveway or parking areas at the home. Street parking may not be permitted in some areas of Sedona. • Wildlife Awareness Sedona is a natural desert environment and guests may see javelina, coyotes, deer, rabbits, and other wildlife.
