Located on the north side of hip East Nashville, 5 min from 5-Points, 5 min from 300 acres of biking/walking/running at Shelby Bottoms Park and Cumberland River, 10 min from health food markets, awesome dining and music venues, 10 min from downtown, 20 min from Nashville airport :) The space 2 things that make our place unique is how quiet it is here and how much light fills our space. The apartment is 1000 square feet. The second bedroom closes off from the dining room with elegant french doors. The decor is quite nice and feels like an oasis from the world, but it also very much an indoor/outdoor space that lends itself well to cooking, with the front door open to the yard, while someone is working outside watching rabbits and squirrels, while someone else plays music in one room, and someone else is taking a nap in the other. It is a little slice of heaven. For sleeping, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a new queen size futon and an extra twin futon bed. Can not beat the neighborhood or the location. If you like walking, running, biking, or just chilling, this is a special neighborhood with very few rentals. . Guest access Guests have a full kitchen, two private bedrooms, huge kitchen/dining area, large clean bathroom, separate laundry room, and deck off a huge back yard. The living room has both a 40" TV and a desk/working space. If you like to cook this is a wonderful fully equipped kitchen. With the couch and futon, the apartment can actually sleep 4comfortably. If you want to write a hit song, or just enjoy some private, quiet time to replenish your wits, then this is the spot!! Other things to note We are located in the North Englewood neighborhood of East Nashville characterized by tree lined streets and rolling hill, about 3 blocks from the Cumberland River. Neighbors walking dogs, kids on bikes, very little traffic. This family friendly neighborhood is just a couple blocks from the coveted Dan Mills Elementary school. When it comes to a night out, East Nashville is where the hip locals go. This expansive neighborhood has everything from dive bars to refined cocktail lounges to music venue to late night restaurants. The biggest problem you’ll have is fitting it all in!!
