This three bedroom two bath house can sleep up to 6. It has a fabulous deck which overlooks Cottonwood Creek and access to the local trout fishing pond. Close to town but very private but if you are concerned with being disconnected, there is high speed wifi. PLEASE NOTE: Air BnB by default lists the living room as a sleeping area under "Additional Sleeping Area". There is no sleeping area in the living room but in the study which has a sofa sleeper. Events such as weddings and loud gatherings are specifically prohibited by Chaffee County. Small intimate groups of 6 or less are welcome as long as they respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
