Peaceful Country Cottage, near Town&Beach

Our peaceful country cottage is perfect for large families, groups, or multiple families traveling together. Three of the bedrooms have a full bathroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms is split to creat a mini family suite with a small private bedroom. The cottage is on a property with other housing but has its own private yard and patio with fire pit and grill. The property is completely gated with secure parking for several cars, trailers etc. great when traveling with off-road vehicles. The space Conveniently located between San Quintin and Colonia Vicente Guerrero, in a rural berry farming community, this is a perfect spot to rest on your Baja road trip or home base to explore San Quintin, visit San Pedro Mártir or for your Mexico mission trip. We are 10 minutes down a country road from the beach, 2 miles south of Colonia Vicente Guerrero, 8 miles north of San Quintin. The house has a full kitchen with all the cooking basics, 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The house has a large addition that includes a second living room, dining room, a loft with 2 full size beds and an additional full bathroom. We supply everything you need for your stay, let us know if you need anything and we’ll get it to you right away. The house is on a property with other housing but has its own private, gated yard with fire pit, grill, and a cement patio wrapping around the house which is ideal for outdoor dining. WiFi included. The living room has a smart TV where you can watch Netflix, YouTube, or connect your hdmi or usb device. The property is securely enclosed and you will have a gate control for the duration of your stay. We allow pets but ask that guests never leave them alone when they go out. All pets must be kept inside the gated yard around the house. Please discuss bringing pets previously with us to be sure our space is adequate for your furbaby. Please add the number of guests to your booking to get the correct pricing. The house sleeps up to 20 if 2 people sleep in the double beds, but the base price shown on the listing is for up to 8 adults. Additional guests (3years+) pay an $7 dollar or 150 peso nightly fee. This helps us keep our home affordable for smaller groups while also covering our costs for larger groups. We are a country cottage surrounded by Berry fields and farms. Please expect a country experience. Out doors there are flies, ants or crickets and inevitably they will find their way inside especially if the door is left open. We do have screens on all the windows. Please cover and store leftovers and open food packages properly to avoid attracting ants. When dining outdoors, expect a similar experience to picnicking in nature. Guest access Guests have a private enclosed yard with a fire pit. The property is large and you are welcome to enjoy the gated yard adjacent to the guest house yard. You will have 2 parking spaces in the covered carport, additional parking for large vehicles or trailers is available. Other things to note Things to note: As of November 2025 the house includes a new addition including a second living room, dining room, loft with 2 double beds and a 4th full bathroom. We have not posted pictures of the addition yet as we are in the process of furnishing the new space. Please add the number of guests to your booking to get the correct pricing.
