(1 space) -24 hour security. -On-site masseuse providing in-room service (message for information) Guest access Full access to: - pools and jacuzzi's -Main deck fire pits -Basketball court -Sand volleyball court -Tennis court Other things to note Third Floor Pool Access: The HOA has previously attempted to restrict guest use of the third-level pool and hot tub. We have filed a lawsuit and currently hold a court-ordered stay confirming that all guests have full access to these amenities during normal hours. If any guard or staff member attempts to deny access, please notify us immediately so we can contact the property authorities. Appliances & Utilities: Please note that there is no natural gas in this building — all appliances, including the water heater, are electric. While there is plenty of hot water, electric systems heat more slowly and have a smaller capacity than gas or on-demand heaters. Temperature Control: There is no air conditioning or central heating in this unit. Ceiling fans are installed for comfort, and portable fans can be provided upon request. Smoking Policy: All of our homes are strictly non-smoking indoors. Guests may smoke only on patios or in designated outdoor areas where permitted. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal. Please close the patio doors when smoking outside. Thank you! Pool Safety Notice: The third-level terrace pool features a vanishing edge and sits over 30 feet above ground level. For safety reasons, the HOA prohibits use of this pool by children. Children are welcome inside the condo and may enjoy any of the other pools throughout the complex. Drainage Odor Disclaimer: Some third-level units in this building occasionally experience a drainage odor due to the property’s plumbing infrastructure. While we take extensive measures to clean, sanitize, and minimize any impact, this issue originates outside the unit and may occasionally be noticeable. It does not affect every stay, and we appreciate your understanding should it occur during yours. Pet Policy (Strictly Enforced): Absolutely no pets are permitted under any circumstances. Please note that this property is located in Mexico, where emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals. Hosts are under no obligation to accommodate any type of pet, and we strictly enforce this policy. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 USD fine per pet, per night, automatically charged for any unauthorized pet on the premises. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize the collection of this fee in the event of a violation.
