We are taking great care to make sure that this beach cottage is extra clean and safe for your stay. We use "sanitize" cycles to launder linens and towels, and sanitize surfaces. Portable air purifier with HEPA and charcoal filters.** Lagoons, rivers, and forest parks are just a short drive away. Fish or sea kayak out of Trinidad harbor. Close to beaches, ACV airport, restaurants, Humboldt Bay, wildlife sanctuary and charter boats. Nearby historic towns feature music, movies, art galleries, concerts, and more restaurants. Guest access Sheltered side yard with stone campfire pit, patio and BBQ. Good-quality mattresses, down and non-allergenic duvets, all-cotton linens, opening windows. Bluff House is at the end of a short private dirt lane, and when you arrive, there's nothing between you and the ocean. Single daybed in living room can be extended for another guest. Please ask for this setup. If you are traveling with a pet, please request with your inquiry. **we do not allow pets at Bluff House except through negotiation. If we decide to allow your pet, we have a separate dog policy and $100 pet fee/animal is required.** We've had some wonderful pet guests (and good owners too)! Leash and other rules apply for visitors during your stay if they bring a dog onto the property. Note: The bluff edge is fragile and we have a rope barrier to let you know how far it is safe to go. It's not solid though, so you must be outside with kids. There's plenty of room for them to play away from the barrier -- patio and grassy side yard -- but it's important to establish that boundary. It's not suitable for impulsive toddlers who don't listen to your warnings! For the same reason, keep dogs on a leash. The property is not fully fenced. ** Note: For your security, we have placed a few cameras around the perimeter of the house. There are no interior cameras and those outside are for security monitoring only to make sure we have no unexpected visitors. The cameras do not intrude on your privacy.
