We are in a residential area, 3 blocks from the "Galerias Tec Mall" and 10 minutes from the American Consulate, 15 minutes from the International Bridge and surrounded by restaurants where you can walk to. It is located on the second floor and fully furnished. The living room has sofa . Equipped kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, desk with maps of the city, TV and Wi-Fi. The space The apartment has a separate entrance on the second floor. (Spiral staircase) The Bedroom has 2 double beds, excellent for 4 people, a living room with a queen size comfortable futon for 2 people. Ideal for families, business trip, consular, work or shopping. The apartment has washer / dryer so you can travel light. There are sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, shampoo, conditioner and body soap at your disposal. We make continuous improvements for your comfort. Make yourself at home !! Guest access The Guest will have access to the entire apartment located on the second floor that is completely independent from the main house. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your convenience, with refrigerator, stove, microwave, pans, cutlery, etc. We also have magazines, books, information and a map of the city to help plan your activities. We also have a carport at your disposal for one car. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with heating and Air Conditioning. Smoke and Carbon monoxide detector. Fire extinguisher for your safety. In case of emergency, 5 minutes away is a full service hospital.
