Our comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath Sunriver retreat is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to eight guests. With a reverse-living layout, and easy access to Sunriver’s year-round recreation, this home is an excellent choice for families and small groups. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, creating a warm gathering place after a day of outdoor adventure. Air conditioning provides added comfort during the summer months, while the home’s functional layout offers plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Downstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms designed with families in mind. The queen ensuite offers a private bath for extra convenience. Bedroom two also holds a queen bed. The third bedroom is the perfect spot for the kids with built-in bunk beds plus two twin beds, providing plenty of sleeping space. An additional full bathroom and the laundry area are also located downstairs. The home also includes bikes for guest use—an essential for exploring Sunriver’s 40+ miles of paved trails. After a day of biking, hiking, or floating the Deschutes River, relax with a game of cornhole or unwind under the stars.
