This non smoking, second floor studio loft condo is located at the base of Blue Mountain, very close to the North Chair, and the Toronto Ski Club. The space Licensed, non smoking, freshly painted second floor, 4 season loft condo at the base of Blue Mountain's North chairlift. This well equipped studio loft can accommodate 4 people (2 queen beds, upstairs and down) - **NEW plush mattresses both beds. Two - 4 piece bathrooms (NEW vinyl floors) with a jacuzzi tub upstairs. In addition, new plush carpeting upstairs that feels like you're walking on a cloud. Updated kitchen includes NEW vinyl floor, granite counter top, kitchen island with plenty of storage, dishwasher, microwave, NEW stainless steel fridge and stove. The family room includes hand scraped wood flooring, a new sofa, a leather chair, fireplace and a 50" LED Smart HDTV with Netflix (login with your own account), Prime Video and HD cable TV, . For your listening pleasure, there is a Kicker Amphitheater that can pair with your phone or device to stream your own music. The loft bedroom features a 32 inch HDTV and DVD Player. Plenty of DVD's upstairs in the top of the dresser for your viewing pleasure. Blue Mountain provides many outdoor activities throughout the year for you and your family to enjoy. This includes skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, skating, golfing, cycling, horseback riding, rock climbing, canoeing, nearby beach, mini golf, gondola up the mountain, scenic caves, zip lining and Segway tours. While staying at the North Creek Resort development, enjoy the summer only community outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, outdoor hot tub (year round), outdoor pool (seasonal- May long weekend to labour day) and charcoal BBQ's (charcoal not provided). Please note that shampoo, body wash, coffee grounds and cooking oil are not provided as it is a personal preference and each guest may have different requirements. Please bring your favorite. Coin laundry facilities are available in building #2. The entrance is located at the back of the building.
