The space "WOW, the pictures don't do it justice", is the comment we most often get when guests walk into Big & Bigger Fish. You aren't just close to the beach, you're AT the beach! Two large glass bifold doors bring the deck, ocean breezes and California sunshine right into your kitchen, dining room & living room on the penthouse level. The lower level has a second living room with gorgeous ocean, sand and white water views. Skylights fill this condo with plenty of natural light, making for the perfect California vacation. The beds are comfy with cloud like comforters that keep you the perfect temperature while the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep. Cozy throw blankets & an infrared heater are available for cooler mornings or evenings on the deck. AC for those warmer days and nights. Our towels are soft and our linens are silky smooth. Hot outdoor shower to wash the beach off sandy bodies and feet. We also have a foot washer near the front entrance, to keep sandy feet at bay. Parking is a breeze. There is two car garage and driveway. We provide all you need for beach days. You'll never want to leave! For larger parties or reunions book the entire building (Big Fish & Bigger Fish). Guest access "Big Fish" & "Bigger Fish" are located in a private, 4 story tan building on its own city block between Avenida Santa Ana and Alameda Lane. You will have your own driveway and garage. Other things to note We have electronic door and garage codes to make it easy for you to get in and out. There is also a separate beach storage closet for all of your beach needs with a separate code. We'll provide all of these for you prior to your arrival. Please text us with your arrival ETA so we can meet & welcome you into the property. Check in is typically at 4:00. During peak & busy seasons, we enforce a strict check out time of 11:00 AM. This ensures that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare for our next guests. We want everyone to walk into a sparkling clean vacation experience.
