Come through the gardens where you will see your guest house on the right. Upon entering the code on the door, you will step into the living room and your vacation begins. The entire kitchen is yours to use, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven. It is also equipped with your basic cooking needs including a coffeemaker, coffee provided. This country style kitchen is sure to please with new flooring, recessed lighting, tons of pantry space.. The bar area has been reconfigured to utilize storage and maximize the open concept, great for entertaining. The bathroom has been updated with new flooring, new fixtures, new glass and vanity! Welcome 2021 with a cozy stay with us, say goodbye to 2020....... -- Guest access The grassy area is yours to enjoy as well as the front yard gazebo and patio just outside your kitchen where you have full access to the BBQ. You may even see a wild rabbit in the morning should you be up and around. Throughout your entire stay the pool area and jacuzzi are exclusively available for your use until 10 pm (FOR SAFETY REASONS, THE SLIDE AND WATERFALL ARE NOT INCLUDED). There is a limited amount of pool toys located in the trunk next to the outdoor fireplace, feel free to use them. You are welcome to bring your own pool toys, but we do not have an air compressor available. During your stay, NO ONE else will use the backyard, pool, jacuzzi or BBQ as these are all EXCLUSIVELY available for your use. Please be aware that at times a small animal may have accidentally made the pool overflow their final resting place. If this does happen during your stay, please contact me and I can send the pool guy out to dispose of it. If this does occur, please know that it is still safe to swim in the pool. Pool is not heated hot tub is. Other things to note Please do not pick any vegetables, I apologize for any perfectly ripe tomatoes or herbs that may summon you.
