Suite-type apartment, there is no division of bedrooms. BASE RATE FOR 4 PEOPLE. EXTRA COST FOR 5 OR 6 PEOPLE. Guest access You can enjoy the pool and the large palapa that is located at the foot of the apartment, in front of the parking lot. You can also enjoy a large terrace with barbecues and a spectacular ocean and pool view. You are asked to leave the dishes, kitchen, and garbage outside clean before leaving the apartment. NO CLEANING FEE IS CHARGED. Other things to note The location of the Joyas de Cortez complex is privileged since it is located at the entrance of Kino Nuevo (across the street is the sea) allowing quick access to the town of Bahia de Kino known as Kino Viejo where you can find a gas station, convenience stores, supermarket and butcher shop, restaurants and the tourist area of the Kino Viejo pier. It is also 200 meters from the public palapas area on the beach shore, the latter being a traditional place in Bahía de Kino.
