We have the best sandy beach in the area, an ocean lovers' dream. Water temp varies in season. Summer weather is usually warm 70-80*F with very little rain. You will have a beautiful view from the large 2nd-floor deck equipped with a gas bbq and a big table for outdoor dining We have an even better view from the enclosed 3rd-floor copula. The upstairs great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a terribly out-of-tune piano bar, board games, and room for the group to all hang out. Downstairs we have smaller den area with comfy seating and a 32” tv Guest access Apart from the garage and back garden studio where our maitanince man lives, the whole place is yours. ¡Bienvenido! Other things to note **Dishwasher** No more hand-washing dishes while on vacation!!! ** Drinking Water** We have a brand new Reverse osmosis water system with a filtered tap in the kitchen. **Gas BBQ** Get your grill favorites ready **Ceiling Fans** We have ceiling fans in every room **Heating** like 90% of the houses down here, Casa Azul does not have heating apart from the fireplace. We do of course try to provide extra blankets for chilly nights. ** Shopping** We have a Walmart less than 10 minutes drive away that has, well anything a Walmart would have... **Internet** This is a great opportunity to disconnect and just relax!! Basic wifi internet service that you can use free for sending/receiving occasional emails. ** Pets ** If you have a well-behaved pet that you wish to bring tell us before you book and we can discuss the inclusion of your pet. ** TV ** We have a television in the downstairs living room that has the NETFLIX APP on it and if the internet is running well you can sign on with your own account.
