Cozy Northrop neighborhood bungalow just minutes from the airport, Mall of America, downtown Minneapolis, Convention Center and University of Minnesota. This home is beautifully decorated with natural light shining throughout. Just a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Lake Nokomis! The space This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and is perfect for large or small families. The two bedrooms on the main floor have a queen size bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other. A third bedroom occupies the entire top floor with a queen size bed, a sitting area and enough space to fit a pack-n-play if needed. A fourth bedroom with a queen size bed is located in the bottom level. This level also has another living room area with a desk, laundry room, and bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials. The outside space has a partially fenced in yard with a patio that is perfect for a peaceful cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. PLEASE NOTE: Great home for families and guests who are looking for a quiet, single-family, residential neighborhood. This is not a good fit for large groups with the potential for high noise levels as we would like the experience to be great for both our guests and our neighbors. Thank you! Guest access Parking: -2 spots directly in front of the home. Please try not to park in front of neighboring homes unless the spots in front of the home are taken. - NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY Fast wifi. Free use of washer and dryer in the basement. 1 flat screen TV equipped with Roku for guests to access own streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, ect. Other things to note - Great home for families and guests who are looking for a quiet, single-family, residential neighborhood. NOT a good home for large groups with the potential for high noise levels. We would like the experience to be great for both our guests and our neighbors. - Please be considerate of our neighbors and conscious of your noise level (quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am). - Non-smoking home. If there are guests who smoke, we ask that they smoke outside at the back of the property and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. *For long-term stays (greater than 2 week), supply refill (soaps, linens, toilet paper, ect.) is available upon request at no additional charge. As well, a Strict Cancellation Policy is followed - "Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
