Upon approval, and after 3PM on your booking date, you will be sent the keyless entry door code and alarm code. Please don't forget to take off your shoes when you enter the house. It's a rule that is very important to us. As a guest of the Yellow Room, you have access to the bedroom and bathroom with the Yellow painted door. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and other open areas will be shared. The door painted Dark Blue is Off Limits. We ask that you leave the kitchen as clean as you originally saw it, or better. You will have a designated area in the cupboard to put your groceries as well as a designated area in the fridge and freezer. You have access to the stove and the oven. Additional supplies like oil and seasonings are there as a curtesy to you, but if they run out while you are there, we don’t make replacements until the guest leaves. All guest have access to the microwave. It is on the kitchen countertop Complimentary coffee or tea is provided in the countertop above the laundry. During your stay Please let us know how we can be helpful. We try to be very quick to respond. Other things to note Please keep shared areas as clean or cleaner than you originally saw them. Please be respectful to all guests and owners of the home. Please no unapproved guests. We ask that you let us know/ask about additional guests visiting for a few hours. If you are ever unsure about anything feel free to send us a quick message and we’ll help to answer any questions you might have. Home is secure with a security system and cameras. Please be respectful of the 10 AM checkout time. There is STRICT no burning of candles, sage, incense, etc. We aim for clear, transparent communication. Atlanta, a diverse and vibrant city, houses this property, located 2 miles from downtown, in a revitalizing neighborhood. It's an urban, gentrifying area, not suburban. If this concerns you, consider suburban alternatives. Like any city, it's wise to stay alert. The neighborhood is rapidly developing, with typical urban issues. A convenience store and bus stop across the street draw foot traffic. Safety perceptions can be subjective and influenced by the area's diversity. If you prefer less urban settings, consider other locations. The neighborhood features properties in varying stages of development, from new builds to renovations and vacant lots.
