LOCATION: Located street across to the Convention Center, 3 blocks from the train station and subway station. You will get to many places in short walk distance - Old City, Independence Hall, Reading Terminal Market, City Hall, Penn's Landing, etc. PARKING: It's easy to find street parking in the mornings and afternoons. Free street parking is available nearby the apartment but not guaranteed as it is limited to the occupation in the street itself. Be sure to read all posted signs. Several paid parking lots are located nearby the apartment building. TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only a few blocks from the train station and subway station, which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City because parking is a headache. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 3 pm and check-out is anytime before 11 am. Sometimes an early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated if there isn't another reservation immediately before or after your stay. Please mention your request when making your reservation and we will confirm 24 hours before your arrival if it is possible. BEDROOMS: This apartment accommodates 8 guests in 4 beds. TV is located in living room. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker included. WHAT’S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, heater, blankets, free wifi, free Netflix. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by the professional staff after each guest visit. All cleaning fee you paid is going to the cleaning team (not host). No illegal drugs or illegal activity. This home has a strict "No Party Allowed" Policy. Once the party is reported, a minimum $250 party fee will be charged. This is a non-smoking building. Please, No smoking in the Condo or lighting candles, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence (cigarette ash, snipe, odor, etc.) of smoking is found. No Pet during the entire stay, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence is found. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
