Walk along the river trail to experience what everyone loves about Bend. Easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, approximately 25 minutes. The space Clean and nicely furnished. From the front yard you can see the mountains, the river and the Old Mill Smokestacks. Walk to the movie theater or dinner in less than 10 minutes. Bring a paddle board, kayak, water tube or bike and you don't have to drive anywhere to use it. There is river access across the street right in front of the house. Guest access You'll have your own living area, bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator, freezer, laundry room, covered porch with chairs, a picnic table, your own natural gas bbq and double swing. The laundry room is shared. Other things to note There is so much to do in Bend that you will not be bored. This location is great for relaxing because you don't need to get in your car to go places. You can hike, bike, paddle, float, sit, go to Les Schwab Amphitheatre, dinner or the movies via the front door. If you didn't bring toys, you can walk to rent them. Parking for 2 cars or one truck. No additional parking without owner approval, and no street parking. No parking for extended length vehicles .
