Large kitchen & dining area, private bathroom and comfy bedrooms. Located in quiet area near Castlegar, walking distance to amazing parks, Fishing & much more. The space Set in a beautiful, peaceful, resort like environment, a destination in itself. Relax year round by one of our gas fire pits in the uniquely themed “beach hut” or under the stars around the monumental outdoor pit. We have multiple fire pits, zip lines, disc golf, Yurts, a ghost town, unique 12’ by 20’ climbing wall with real rock holds a 30 degree overhang, and much more! Ten minutes to the fantastic swimming beaches of Syringa Provincial park. Walking distance to Trails, Museums, Parks, Fishing and the Pass Creek fair grounds. Close to fantastic snowmobile trails. 30-40 minutes to skiing at Red mountain or Whitewater. Guaranteed there’s no place as comfortable, unique, fun, interesting and accepting as Villa Britton! Guest access There is a large full kitchen, dining and living rooms. Three or four bedrooms. There is also a cozy outdoor living area/Patio that is resort like with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating where guest's love to lounge. There is a yurt with private deck, that is useable upon request that can sleep even more people. In season guest's can help themselves to U pick apples, apricots, pears plums and more, right from the tree's in the yard! Other things to note I am very flexible as to use of the house and would be able to set up extra accommodation upon request. There is ample parking for several vehicles or space for a trailer.
