The Fremont/Wallingford area is one of Seattle's most popular neighborhoods. Known as the 'Center of the Universe', it's close to downtown while offering much to explore locally. Just minutes from the doorstep, visitors will find the famous Fremont troll, Theo's Chocolate Factory, the Burke Gilman trail, the Woodland Park Zoo, the Greenlake walking trail, Gasworks Park, as well as dozens of wonderful restaurants and funky local shops. Fremont is home to a renowned farmer's market as well as many festivals, including the Fremont Solstice Festival & Parade and Oktoberfest. THE APARTMENT: Everything is brand new and done to a high standard. The décor is modern and comfortable in a cozy (450sf), light filled space. Full sized sofa sleeper with upgraded (very comfortable) mattress • Modern, new bathroom with designer tiles • Dedicated parking space A parking space is included in a dedicated spot next to the building, and there is ample street parking. The location is perfect for exploring the fun shops and great restaurants in Wallingford and Fremont. The famous Woodland Park Zoo is just a few blocks away. Cafes and restaurants are just minutes from the doorstep so there is no need for a car, but a parking space is provided, and there is also free street parking. Guest access There is some assigned parking available on site. When it is not available, there is plenty of free street parking. Other things to note We require a three night minimum on weekends and two nights on weekdays unless it's a last minute booking. We'll accept one night stays when there's only one night available. Essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap are provided to cover the first few days of all stays. Long term guests will need to replenish these as needed. In the summer months we install a portable AC unit for those rare Seattle days when it gets hot enough to require one. We also disinfect between each stay.
