Kitchen – The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasseware, serving ware, silverware, pots/pans, and small kitchen appliances. Laundry/Linens – The condo includes all bed linens, towels, and blankets. All laundry of the condo provided linens is included in the cleaning fee. If laundry of clothes or personal items is required, there is a coin-operated laundry room in Building A at the far end on the first floor. Food/Meals – Although there are a few places to eat on the mountain, it’s advised to bring groceries (or stop at the Wal-Mart in Cedar City). There is one nice restaurant (Cedar Breaks Lodge), a pizza place, and two small General stores with some prepared food. ( Recommend shopping before going up to mountains. We strive to accommodate early check-in or late checkout requests whenever possible. Extended access comes with an additional fee of $50, which assists in covering the expenses related to adjusting our housekeeping schedules for special requests. Our goal is to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Many of our properties are Dog-friendly, and we gladly welcome your furry companions at these designated properties.
