Welcome to the Haut Lignon at an altitude of 950m. Enjoy with family, friends, a very large house of 400m2 classified 3 stars, its large fenced natural park with a 12m bocce court. Located 15 min walk from the center. 8 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, living room with smart TV A 2nd floor of 200m2 dedicated to games: ping pong, foosball, pool table, darts,.yoga High-speed WiFi (Fiber), Netflix, Prime included. Italian showers. Family Plus Gite & LPO Refuge The space On the 1st floor (240 m2) you will find the 8 spacious bedrooms of 15 m2 each. The modern kitchen with its 2 fridges, 2 ovens is located opposite its 35 m2 dining room In the center of the hallway, 2 Italian showers 140 x 90 with private changing room. At the end of the hallway you will find 3 of the 4 master bedrooms with either an Italian shower or a bathroom and toilet/sink. For your comfort each bed is queen size: 160 x 200 and 90 x 200. The cottage is family plus: it includes everything you need to accommodate families with small children: high chair, wooden crib, baby bath, infant hammock for bath, a room to play, step stool and toilet reducer. At the end of the hallway is the TV lounge with connected TV (Netflix) and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor you will find 2 large game rooms: - The large 100 m2 room with ping-pong, billiards & bluetooth Hi-Fi channel, bench, club chairs - another 60 m2 room with darts, foosball and Indian carrom - 2 lounge areas: the library with over a hundred books, a chaise longue and its small south-facing balcony. a yoga relaxation room with yoga mats. Each room has its own color code so you can prepare your stay easily. Here, no dormitory, 2 people maximum per room. The Gite is well insulated which makes it possible to keep a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms and living rooms (22°C/23°C) in summer even during the heat wave. No mosquitoes in summer either. The ground floor of the house is unoccupied & inaccessible A 1500 m2 natural park with trees, 2 hammocks available, Chilean chairs, a badminton net (rackets included), a large 4M table, a charcoal BBQ allow you to relax in summer. Some hidden corners to sunbathe, read a book in peace. The park is fully fenced, you can leave your animals free. New in June 2025: a beautiful pétanque court shaded in the afternoon in the middle of the park Fishing enthusiasts can get their license at Chambon and go fishing in the Lignon, located a 5-minute walk away. A PR passes in front of the gite and allows you to walk in 15 minutes to the beach of Lignon in summer to swim. Guest access You do not share the house with anyone , the neighborhood is quiet with a view of the chambon. Parking can accommodate up to 8 cars.
