Italian showers. Family Plus cottage & LPO refuge The space On the 1st floor (240m2) you will find the 8 spacious bedrooms of 15m2 each. The modern kitchen with 2 fridge, 2 ovens is located in front of its dining room of 35m2 In the center of the hallway 2 Italian showers 140x90 with private cloakroom. At the bottom of the hallway you will find 3 of the 4 master bedrooms with either an Italian shower or a bathroom and toilet / vanity. For your comfort each bed is queen size: 160x200 and 90x200. The cottage is family plus: it includes everything you need to accommodate families with small children: high chair, wooden crib, baby bath, baby hammock for bath, a room for playing. step and toilet reducer. At the end of the hallway the TV lounge with connected TV ( Netflix) and bathroom 2 toilets. The Gite is well insulated which makes it possible to keep a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms and living rooms ( 22° C / 23° C) in summer even during the heatwave. No mosquitoes in summer either. The ground floor of the house is unoccupied & inaccessible A 1500m2 wooded natural park, 2 hammocks available, deckchairs, a badminton net (rackets included), a large 4m table, a charcoal BBQ allow you to relax in the summer. A few hidden nooks to take in the sun, read a quiet book. The park is fully screened , you can leave your animals in the wild. New in June 2025: a beautiful petanque court shaded in the afternoon in the middle of the park Fishing enthusiasts will be able to take their license at Le Chambon and go fishing in the Lignon located a 5-minute walk away. A PR passes in front of the cottage and allows you to walk in 15 minutes to Lignon beach in summer for swimming. Guest access You do not share the house with anyone , the neighborhood is quiet with a view of the chambon. Parking can accommodate up to 8 cars.
