Elafonisos: Two storey house on the sea front

This holiday home is located in front of the sea and specifically at the bay of Panagia in Elafonissos. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is just 4 kilometers from the town of Elafonisos and 4.5 kilometers from the beach of Simos. The perfect place for holidays and relaxation! The space The space surrounding the two-storey house has a rich variety of colors with rich flora. Cedars springing through the white sand are surrounded by rare flowers. Bright and crystal clear waters complete the magnificent picture that extends in front of the house. The house has 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a beautiful fireplace and a large dining room. At this level, we will come across a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Going up to the first floor we come across 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with two semi-detached beds. At the same level another bathroom is hosted, while outside we find a huge veranda with a magnificent view of the sea. On the terrace, guests have the opportunity to sit and enjoy the enchanting summer evenings. The two floors communicate with a marble internal staircase, while the other floors have tiles. The house is surrounded by a large courtyard. Space for parking spaces is available, while there are areas for relaxation or for summer activities. An outdoor shower is also available at the courtyard. The house has air conditioning and hot water on a 24-hour basis. It also has four televisions, dish and cloth washers, fans and many other electrical appliances. The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea or the mountain.
