Our 4BR/3BA house is located just blocks from Salida's charming downtown! It's an easy walk to restaurants, shops, Riverside Park and live music at the amphitheater. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs giving plenty of room to spread out. A large kitchen opens into a bright living room where everyone can gather. Whether you're coming to ski Monarch, mountain bike, hike or kayak, this is the perfect place to enjoy the Heart of the Rockies! The space Front of house is ground level (no steps to enter through front door, but there is lip near front door that is less than one inch high). Back door through master bedroom has ramp down to patio. Other things to note Of the 9 guests, maximum 6 can be adults (the 3 twin beds are for children). Maximum 1 dog allowed (must be over 1 year old). There is an ADU apartment above the garage with its own one-car garage. It is at the back of the property with private entrance. The apartment outdoor area is separated from the house backyard by fencing. Weekly discounts for stays 7 nights and longer!
