BEST LOCATION IN ROSARITO! This is a wonderful very old Ocean View mobil home! Inside a private, gated, beach front community. Walking distance to all! Including the famous neighbor Rosarito Beach Hotel (aprox 150yards) w/ 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi you can enjoy. *This is an OLD MOBILE HOME rennovated, the POOL TABLE IS NOT BALANCED Not working. Very old Lots of parking & easy walk to all DT restaurants, coffee shops, and Papas & Beer. Enjoy the sunsets or take a stroll on the beach The space Please note, The home has been renovated so that everything is in working order (except the oven and pool table), however it is an old mobile home. Sometimes the home can "act up" a little. Guest access You can access all the home, everything in Rosarito Shores: beach access.
