Come summer, the Eagle River is just across Highway 6, where you'll find great fishing and numerous hiking and walking paths that meander throughout the area. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops can all be found within a mile as well. Other things to note This home does not have air conditioning. Like most mountain properties in the area, it naturally cools down at night. To stay comfortable, open windows in the evening and early morning, close them and draw the curtains during the heat of the day, and use the fans available throughout the home.
