Downtown condo, on the waters edge, within 1 block of dining, shopping, movie theater, beach, marina and bike trail. Condo sleeps six, plus a couple more if you care to use the pull out couch. It has a full kitchen, a private master deck and water level deck, both with fantastic views of Suttons Bay. Bike and paddle board rentals available across the street. Located in the heart of wine country, this condo is close enough to enjoy Traverse City, but far enough away to avoid the hustle. The space The condo is 1244 square feet. Queen beds in Master and upper guest room, full size bed in lower, water level, guest room. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. It is very rare that you might need air conditioning, but if you do there is a unit in the Master suite. The air conditioner has its own remote. The overhead fans in the upper bed rooms are controlled by remotes that are in the rooms. The rest of the condo is cooled by the cool breeze coming off the water, just leave the windows open to circulate that fresh air.
