Bella Vista is beautifully located in a garden setting, overlooking the lake. It's truly romantic, but also a perfect property for family fun. This house is on the waterfront and has a private dock. The property has high-speed internet, and state of the art TV and sound systems. The house has vintage Tahoe charm and it's in a truly magical location. It's close to casinos, great restaurants, ski resorts, hiking trails, and beaches. Great care has been taken to make your experience one of peaceful, luxury. The home is furnished with care to make you feel pampered. The views are unbeatable, you will wake in the morning looking at the lake and dine in the evening watching the moon rise above it. This space is not handicap accessible nor is it safe for very young children due to steps and high balconies. The double decker pier is shared by the main house and guest house. There is a buoy available at an extra charge Grocery shopping, quaint small shops, several fine dining and many more casual dining establishments, movie theater, bowling alley , coffee shops, Casinos, Casino entertainment, ski areas, sledding, snow shoeing, skate skiing all within 15 minutes to one hour.Bella Vista is located minutes from Northstar, Mt Rose, and ski Incline. I like to either meet my guests when they arrive or check out. The home is on a hill side with a separate garage. The steps are not steep but there are many. Sorry the property is not handicap accessible. The snow will be shoveled for you from the garage to the main and guest house. The one way road is maintained by the county. There is a bus that goes to Truckee and other places on the lake. Unfortunately it is not convenient but is doable. Uber does service our area, but it is not always reliable. This space is not handicap accessible nor available for young children due to steps and high balconies. Also, a property caretaker lives above the garage.
