The ground floor includes a garage, a washroom, kitchen, inside and outside living room, bedroom with separed bathroom and toilets. The upstairs opens on another living, with TV and a Lagre sofa, wich maybe used as bed (for 2 peopel), 2 large rooms with a 160x 200 bed (in centimeters), and a bathroom for each bathroom(includes shower and toilets for one, and bathtub for the other), 1 bedroom with a 140x180 bed and a 90x190 bed, independent shower and toilets. The house is built on a 900m² field (including trees) and include a large wooden terrace. You will only be 12 km away from Annecy and 30 mn away from the ski trails, right next to the paragliding spot, golf, lake, riding stable, bicycle path and many walking tracs and other sportive activities such as scuba diving. Talloires is a lovely village, with traditionnal houses extremely famous restaurants (such as Pere Bise's), breath-taking Points Of Vue over the lake...Just let yourself get seduced by the annecy lake and it's surroundings ! Other things to note *********** Non-smoking house ********* An ashtray is at your disposal outside the house. *****************garage**************** ~ Washer : Products at your disposal on the shelf. ~ Dryer : please clean thele filtre after each utilization . ****************** Kitchen ****************** ~ Oven : choose your program, settle the thermostat then press ok. ~ DishWasher : put a lozenge in its bottom, choose your program among ( the light indicating choosen program is broken ) P6 is fast and effective. - All of the dishes and cooking utensils are at your disposal. ~ Raclette and fondue machines and a plancha are in the living, next to the fireplace. ******************Fireplace****************** Wood is to be used for the stove. You may find some in the garage along with small wood and fire started. Burning anything else than wood is strictly prohibited. *****************Upstairs *************** ~ Please take off your shoes before you go upstairs, to keep the rooms cleaned . ~Please close the roof light velux before you leave the House . *****************The Terrace***************** *In The summer, outside furnitures will be installed . Pillows must be taken inside at night and in case of rain . *In spring, if the weather allows it, tenants are allowed to use said furnitures, and will have to put it back in the garage before they leave the house . * Using the barbecue on the terrace is strictly prohibited, for safety reasons. Please use the barbecue on the grass . ******Trash ***** ~ Trash is collected each Tuesday night. Please lace the green bin next to the mailbox . ~ The Boxes for the sorting of rubbish is located at the top of "chemin de Traversy". To go there, you are to take D909 , then the first road on your right, the go forward until you reach the stop. The Bins are right next to the block of flats.
