Imagine relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace with wood provided after a day of adventure in the High Peaks. You will enjoy an open floor plan with each bedroom on a separate floor. A fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room along with master bedroom (California King bed) and one full bathroom located on the second floor. A foyer, second living room and large bedroom (Queen bed) and full bathroom are on first floor. Loft and enclosed third bedroom with twin beds is on the third floor. You will love the airy, sunlit loft perfect for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. All linens and towels included in the price of your rental. We want you to feel at home and provide hair dryers, a drip coffee machine, microwave oven, clock radios along with garbage and recycling pick-up. Guest access Ausable Acres is an amazing community with an Olympic legacy where every house is on a minimum one acre of land. Lake Eaton is a short walk from the chalet where there is a play ground, tennis/pickle ball court and hiking trail around the lake (no swimming though). There is also a trail system for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or trail running in walking distance from the chalet. Other things to note Please bring kindling for starting your fire. We provide the wood. Also, we have a charcoal grill and ask that you bring charcoal to cover your stay.
