Villa Topaz - Above West Bay With 180 Degree Views

Offering all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, Villa Topaz Guest House will envelop you in luxury. With Caribbean ocean views, Villa Topaz offers two amazing master suites on each wing of the Villa. A suite isn't complete without a King size bed or luxurious sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. Both ensuites have his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. The space The central living space has a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas range, french door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling out, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill. Each bedroom has large sliding doors leading to the expansive deck and amazing plunge pool - the perfect spot for watching the cruise ships, dining and lounging outside! Guest access Topaz Guest Villa is your own private Villa accessed through a shared central breezeway that divides the Main Villa. The wide staircase takes you to your front door, while you take in the view of the Caribbean Ocean! Other things to note West Bay Beach is located just down the hill from the Villa. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beach! The pool is private and you are the only ones who have access to it. Laundry service is available on site at no charge. In our effort to conserve energy and our natural resources - air conditioning use in the bedrooms during the evenings (from 7 pm - 7 am) as well as in the Great Room (during the day) is included, however many of our guests have found that our typical breezes don't require the use of air conditioning. Additional usage can be discussed upon arrival if desired. We have solar panels on the villa, so there is no charge for normal electricity consumption (see note above re: air conditioning). We do ask to turn off all the lights and air conditioning when you leave.
